Officer Natalie Buissereth
Officer Natalie Buissereth grew up in the greater Miami area and moved to France when she was twelve years old; she later returned to Miami. Officer Buissereth’s ability to speak four languages is vital to her communication with the diverse population she serves.
Officer Buissereth has been a police officer for 13 years, serving seven (7) of those years with the North Miami Police Department. She has worked in many capacities throughout her career, including Taser Instructor, CPR/AED Instructor, Sabre Law Enforcement Aerosol Projectors (OC Spray) Instructor, and Field Training Officer. Officer Buissereth assisted with the improvements in the hiring and recruiting process. Officer Buissereth also serves as the Police Information Officer (PIO).
Officer Buissereth is assigned to the Community Policing Section and serves as the Director of the Police Athletic League (PAL) of North Miami. The PAL of North Miami is responsible for developing and maintaining various youth-based programs, which nurture the partnerships between the community, schools, and the Police Department. She is most proud of her work in establishing the Diversion Program, PAL of North Miami’s Virtual Learning Hub, and the partnership with the Florida Mental Health Coalition.
Officer Buissereth’s altruism is exemplified by the one-on-one time she dedicates to the children. She projects a positive image of the Police Department and makes a positive impact in the lives of the participants of the PAL of North Miami.
