The Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program offered by the North Miami Police Athletic League is designed to provide young participants with structured training in martial arts while fostering personal growth and life skills. The program takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and creates a safe, supportive environment where kids can develop both physically and mentally through guided instruction. Beyond learning Jiu Jitsu techniques, the program emphasizes character development, helping youth build confidence, discipline, and positive social behaviors that extend beyond the mat.
